At the dawn of each new year, the global technology and innovation community descends on Las Vegas for CES. The world’s biggest companies arrive alongside ambitious startups, investors, executives and media to launch new products, debate big ideas and explore the technologies changing the world at scale.

Across thousands of exhibitors, keynote stages and conference sessions, CES lets you get hands-on with emerging technology, hear from the people building it and see how quickly ideas move from concept to reality.

And while the show floor is enormous, some of the most memorable moments happen around it: in keynote rooms, over coffee, at after-parties and in conversations with people you may never otherwise have met.

Who will you meet in 2027?

CES week in Vegas has a reputation for taking you places you did not expect to be.

Beyond the exhibition halls, the city fills with private after-parties, brand activations, industry events and guest appearances. Over the years, Cohort delegates have found themselves in rooms with technology leaders such as Jensen Huang and Satya Nadella, as well as founders, investors, executives, artists, celebrities and other unexpected guests.

Our local hosts and event partners will help curate your CES week to include exclusive events, receptions and opportunities as they emerge. We cannot tell you exactly what 2027 will bring yet. What we can tell you is that some of the best moments at CES are the ones you never saw coming.

Our home away from home

We are excited to announce our new partnership with Mandalay Bay, one of the most iconic resorts on the Las Vegas Strip. All delegates will receive seven nights of accommodation in a spacious 550-square-foot Resort Room, giving us convenient Strip access to Las Vegas and surrounds throughout CES week.*

As one of the official CES venues in 2027, Mandalay Bay will also host the Australian Innovation Showcase, giving Australian startups an opportunity to meet and mingle with invited media, investors and industry leaders.

With an extensive collection of restaurants, bars, entertainment and resort facilities, Mandalay Bay gives delegates everything they need to connect, recharge and enjoy their time in Las Vegas.

Questions

What is the difference between the Delegate and Executive Packages?

Both packages include the full CES2027 Delegation Benefits and seven nights at Mandalay Bay. The Delegate Package includes a twin-share Resort Room, while the Executive Package includes a private 550 sq. ft. King Resort Room plus the Executive CES Experience for the first 10 Executive bookings.

Are flights included?

No. Flights are not included in either package.

Is accommodation included?

Yes. All packages include seven nights at Mandalay Bay from 4–11 January 2027.

Can I have a private room on the Delegate Package?

No. The Delegate Package is twin-share only.

How are twin-share roommates matched?

Roommates are matched by gender and, where possible, shared interests or industry.

Can I nominate who I share with?

Yes. You can nominate a preferred roommate when you register.

What type of CES pass is included?

Your package includes an International Delegate Pass with access to the CES exhibition halls and relevant conference programming across the CES campus, including the AI Foundry and Robotics Zone.

Do I need to organise my own CES registration?

No. Cohort Group will coordinate the CES registration process for delegation members.

What is the Australian Innovation Showcase?

It is a Cohort-hosted event at the Mandalay Bay Media Suite bringing Australian startups together with invited media, investors and industry leaders during CES week.

What happens after I submit an Expression of Interest?

We will review your EOI and contact you with the next steps. If approved, you will receive your package details and confirmation instructions.

When do I need to confirm and pay?

You will be asked to confirm your place within seven days of approval, with payment due within 14 days. Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes. Travel insurance is not included and delegates are responsible for arranging their own appropriate cover.

Do I need a visa or ESTA for the United States?

Australians do not require a visa to enter the United States for eligible short visits, however you will need to complete a Visa Waiver application through ESTA before travelling.

Are package prices inclusive of GST?

Yes. All advertised package prices include GST.

How much walking should I expect at CES?

A lot. CES spans multiple venues, and it is common to cover around 15,000–20,000 steps in a day. Comfortable shoes are essential.
